1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legally binding agreement between the 555qq platform ("Site", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member", "user"). Using this site means you have read the full contents of these Terms and agreed to them.

3 Account Security and Personal Information

The responsibility for the security of your account rests primarily with you. Keep your login details confidential and do not share them with anyone. 555qq will never ask for your password by email or chat.

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you also consent to that policy.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

555qq supports transactions via the most widely used mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).
• Deposits must come from your own account only; third-party payments will not be accepted.
• There are no processing fees for deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made from a verified account.
• The withdrawal method should preferably match the deposit method.

4.3 Transaction Review

If an unusual transaction or suspected fraud is identified, 555qq reserves the right to temporarily hold any deposit or withdrawal request for review. In such cases, the member will be notified and may be asked to provide the necessary information.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

555qq offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which must be strictly followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. A bonus is never cash; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Other Promotions

The following promotions are available to eligible members:

• Weekly 555qq Reload Reward: 50% bonus on deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳100.
• 555qq Slot Festival Bonus: 30% bonus on deposits in the slots section, up to ৳3,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳100.
• Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳1,000 reward for eligible members during their birthday month; wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend: Up to ৳2,000 reward for each active referral; wagering 12x.
• Weekend Cricket Deposit Boost: 25% bonus on deposits in the cricket section, up to ৳4,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳100.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• While one bonus is active, another bonus generally cannot be claimed unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses are only usable on specific games on the 555qq platform; some games may be excluded from bonus betting.
• If unusual betting patterns or evidence of bonus abuse is found, 555qq reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Any changes to bonus terms will be communicated in advance.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Use

All games on the 555qq platform are operated on the principles of honesty and transparency. Each game has its own applicable rules, which can be viewed before the game begins.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error in a game or server results in an incomplete round or an abnormal outcome, 555qq reserves the right to investigate and make a decision. In such cases, the round may be declared void and the bet amount may be refunded.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or market has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 555qq reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Sports Betting Terms

For sports betting, the decision of 555qq is final in determining the outcome of a bet due to event cancellation, postponement, or modification. In live betting, if a bet is not processed in time due to a connection failure, that bet may be declared void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555qq platform:

• Using the platform to process funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Participating in betting or games using computer software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Deliberately exploiting errors in games or the system.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with another member to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Using another person's account or payment details without authorisation.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken where applicable.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is recommended to withdraw any withdrawable balance in the account before making the request. Any pending bonuses will be cancelled when the account is closed.

8.2 Account Suspension by 555qq

555qq may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If false or misleading information was provided during registration.
• Failure to cooperate with an identity verification request.
• If illegal activity or fraud is suspected.
• Upon order from a court or legal authority.

In the event of account suspension, the member will be notified and given the opportunity to appeal, unless circumstances prevent this.

9 Limitation of Liability

555qq strives to provide services to the highest standard, however 555qq's liability is limited in the following matters:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection, server outages, or technical issues with third parties.
• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a problem with the user's own device or network.
• Loss caused by theft or sharing of a user's login details.
• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, government regulation, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

Under no circumstances will 555qq be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. At most, liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

10 Responsible Gaming
